Before (the problem)
Turning source research into published, multi-format content — an article, an audio
companion, an infographic — traditionally takes days of writing, production, and
design. For a firm that competes on publishing a steady stream of original thinking,
that cadence is the bottleneck.
What we built
A pipeline that collapses research-to-publish into a single day:
- Source research → published article in house style
- Audio companion generated for the same piece
- Infographic / visual brand-passed to match
- A static-site publish path (Eleventy → Netlify) that ships the result
How it works
- Source research is drafted into a publishable article (frontmatter + body).
- Claude shapes the long-form piece to house style.
- NotebookLM produces the audio companion and visual artifacts.
- A brand-pass step recolors and logos the visuals to spec.
- The static-site pipeline publishes via a PR → merge → Netlify deploy.
Outcomes
- Days → under a day from research to published, multi-format content
- 3 output formats from one source: article, audio, infographic
- Keeps a steady, sustained cadence of published work as a one-person firm

What it proves
Publishing cadence is an automation problem. This pipeline lets a lean firm produce
research-grade, multi-format content at a pace that usually requires a content team.
