Research-to-Content Automation

A pipeline that takes source research and produces a published article, audio, and infographic in under a day.

Research-to-Content Automation — overview infographic

Before (the problem)

Turning source research into published, multi-format content — an article, an audio companion, an infographic — traditionally takes days of writing, production, and design. For a firm that competes on publishing a steady stream of original thinking, that cadence is the bottleneck.

What we built

A pipeline that collapses research-to-publish into a single day:

  • Source research → published article in house style
  • Audio companion generated for the same piece
  • Infographic / visual brand-passed to match
  • A static-site publish path (Eleventy → Netlify) that ships the result

How it works

  1. Source research is drafted into a publishable article (frontmatter + body).
  2. Claude shapes the long-form piece to house style.
  3. NotebookLM produces the audio companion and visual artifacts.
  4. A brand-pass step recolors and logos the visuals to spec.
  5. The static-site pipeline publishes via a PR → merge → Netlify deploy.

Outcomes

  • Days → under a day from research to published, multi-format content
  • 3 output formats from one source: article, audio, infographic
  • Keeps a steady, sustained cadence of published work as a one-person firm

Stack & role

NotebookLM · Claude · Static-site pipeline (Eleventy / Netlify). Built & operated in-house.

Timeline

Ongoing — the live production line behind the firm’s published research and blog.

What it proves

Publishing cadence is an automation problem. This pipeline lets a lean firm produce research-grade, multi-format content at a pace that usually requires a content team.
